At least four people have been injured in Russian attacks against nine of Ukraine’s oblasts over the past day, say regional officials.
The Kyiv Independent reports that two people were injured in the front-line town of Avdiivka in the Donetsk oblast. The governor of the Kherson oblast, Oleksandr Prokudin, said two civilians had been wounded and there had been 73 attacks against the area, which have damaged a bank, a factory, an educational institution and other civilian buildings.
