‘Thoughts and prayers’ for family of Christian Marriott who was killed while giving first aid to a woman in Burngreave district
A man who died when a car was driven into a crowd as he tried to help a stranger was much loved and will be remembered for helping others, his church has said.
Police have described Christian Marriott, 46, as a “Good Samaritan”, someone who died after stepping in “to help a stranger in their time of need”.
