A cool change will bring relief to sweltering southern cities as it moves east across Australia on Wednesday.
The weather change is expected to reach Adelaide early in the day before it heads east throughout the afternoon. Eastern capitals will have to wait for relief, with temperatures in Melbourne and Sydney expected to reach 32C and 29C.
