Emergency broadcasting system in Japan warns residents to stay indoors, saying missile flew over its territory
North Korea fired at least one ballistic missile off its east coast on Thursday, South Korea’s military said.
Japan’s emergency broadcasting system said the missile flew over and past Japanese territory. It sent evacuation warnings to residents in the prefectures of Miyagi, Yamagate and Niigata, urging them to stay indoors.
