A 45-year-old Western Australian man has been charged with aggravated assault after he allegedly tied three children together with cable ties in a Broome driveway on Tuesday afternoon.
Police were called to the home about 2.15pm on Tuesday 5 March after a reported trespassing incident, to find a six-year-old girl and a seven-year-old boy tied up.
