Two girls found at a house in Costessey, near Norwich, died of knife wounds to the neck, Norfolk police have said.
The deaths of Jasmin Kuczynska, 12 and Natasha Kuczynska, eight, are being treated as murder after they were discovered with stab wounds on Friday, the force said on Wednesday night. They had previously said Kanticha Sukpengpanao, 36, died of stab wounds to the neck and they are now treating her death as murder.
