A man who stabbed two girls, killing one, then pretended to be mentally ill until realising he could not fool forensic psychologists, has been jailed for at least 26 years.
Kristian Kovaleff, 21, pleaded guilty to murder and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
