Mohammed Abbkr, 28, accused of following two men and setting them alight in Birmingham and London
A man has been charged with two counts of attempted murder after two men were set alight in Birmingham and London, West Midlands police have said.
Mohammed Abbkr, 28, from Edgbaston in Birmingham, is alleged to have followed the two victims as they walked home from the mosque, sprayed a substance over them and set them on fire in two separate incidents.
